The PredictX team has won the team category of Travel Technology Innovator at the Business Travel People Awards 2026, and the PredictX Business Intelligence Analyst Team was highly commended in Account Management Team of the Year. The Business Travel Magazine's People Awards 2026 winners report records both results, which were presented on Tuesday 15 September at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London.
We are proud of everyone these two results belong to.

What do the Business Travel People Awards recognise?
The Business Travel People Awards recognise individuals and teams who work in corporate travel, in every sector and at every stage of a career. The Business Travel Magazine, which runs them, says in its winners report that the awards "celebrate the achievements of the people in the industry, rather than the companies or brands".
Now in their 15th year, the awards include, in the organiser's words, "those working in frontline or back-office functions who might not otherwise be recognised". An independent panel of industry experts judges them. In 2026 there were 21 categories, and the trophies were presented in front of 360 guests.
What does the team category of Travel Technology Innovator recognise?
The team category of Travel Technology Innovator recognises a team that has introduced new technology and made a positive difference with it for clients, colleagues or the wider industry. The organiser defines the category in these words:
Recognising a team or department working in any sector of the industry that has introduced innovative and game-changing technology to make a significant positive impact on clients, colleagues and/or the wider industry.
The Business Travel Magazine publishes that wording, quoted here in full, in its People Awards category definitions.
The definition is written about a team. The organiser's results name the winner as the PredictX Team, and the win belongs to everyone at PredictX: the headquarters in London, the engineering and operations hub in Gdańsk, Poland, and the teams in the United States, Hong Kong and Spain.
Which PredictX team was highly commended?
The PredictX Business Intelligence Analyst Team was highly commended in Account Management Team of the Year, which the Clarity Account Management Team won. A high commendation is a placing rather than a win.
Our warmest congratulations go to the Clarity Account Management Team on their win, at what the organiser calls the biggest ceremony in the awards' history.
Highly commended entries received trophies alongside the winners. The commendation belongs to the analyst team, and we could not be happier for them.

How do these results differ from PredictX's 2025 awards?
These results recognise the people who work here, and PredictX's 2025 awards recognised its software. One of those was the 2025 Data and Reporting award at Business Travel Awards Europe, given in a category for business travel technology.
PredictX has been joining booking, card and expense data into one record since 2012, and software has only ever done part of that work. People do the rest, and their work has to survive an auditor, a procurement team and a CFO. That is why awards that recognise people matter so much to us.

Our thanks
Thanks first to The Business Travel Magazine, for a 15th year of awards that recognise teams as well as individuals, and to the independent panel of industry experts who judged them. We are especially grateful to the judges for recognising an analyst team in an account management category. Congratulations, too, to every winner and highly commended entry on the night.
"Our product works the way our people do: it breaks complex work into steps and checks each one," said Keesup Choe, CEO of PredictX. "It is a pleasure to see the people behind that habit recognised."
Most of all, thank you to the people of PredictX. These two results are yours.

What is PredictX?
PredictX is the agentic AI data intelligence platform for travel and expense, headquartered in London. Every agent on the platform runs inside PredictX's agentic AI framework, with governed data access, human-in-the-loop checkpoints and self-validation on every output.
The agents are the newer layer. Beneath them sits a decade of work bringing travel and expense records together and checking them, so the figures an agent starts from have already been validated. Every answer it returns is cited and traced to its source.
Day to day, teams work with those agents in Cogent, our travel and expense workspace: they ask a question in plain language, and specialist agents plan the work, run it across live booking, card and expense records, and return a validated answer.
Orchestra, the AI agent team for travel and expense, runs whole projects your team directs, from a project library that keeps growing. A project manager agent works through the scope with you and drafts the plan, which waits for your approval before anything runs; specialist agents then work in parallel, and anything surprising comes back to you for review. The deliverable returns cited and editable, whether that is an airline negotiation pack or a scored hotel RFP, and it re-runs on your schedule.
Four of the six largest global travel and expense programmes run on PredictX.
Bring the travel and expense question your team has waited longest to answer, and the project it has never had the people for. In a live session on data shaped like yours, Cogent answers the question and Orchestra plans the project for your approval.
