PredictX's 2026 awards arrived in a single month: between 15 September and 15 October, PredictX took four honours at three business travel events in London and New York, three wins and one highly commended. The wins were Travel Technology Innovator (team category) at the Business Travel People Awards 2026, gold in Artificial Intelligence Innovation at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2026 and the Business Travel Innovator Award at the Business Travel Show America 2026 Innovation Faceoff.
In 2025, PredictX won two awards. In thirty days in autumn 2026 it won three more and was highly commended in a fourth category, and we are proud of all four honours.
Read in order, the month honoured every layer of the company: its people on 15 September; Cogent, our award-winning AI for travel and expense, on 30 September; and on 15 October Orchestra, the AI agent team built on Cogent.
Which awards did PredictX win in autumn 2026?
PredictX won three business travel awards in 2026 and was highly commended in a fourth category, at three events in London and New York:
- 15 September 2026, London: won Travel Technology Innovator (team category) at the Business Travel People Awards 2026, run by The Business Travel Magazine.
- 15 September 2026, London: highly commended in Account Management Team of the Year at the same awards, for the PredictX Business Intelligence Analyst Team.
- 30 September 2026, London: gold in Business Travel Achievement in Artificial Intelligence Innovation at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2026, run by the BTN Group, for Cogent.
- 15 October 2026, New York: won the Business Travel Innovator Award at the Business Travel Show America 2026 Innovation Faceoff, run by the BTN Group, for Orchestra, our AI agent team for travel and expense.
Which PredictX teams were recognised in London on 15 September?
Two PredictX teams were recognised at the Business Travel People Awards 2026, on Tuesday 15 September at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. The PredictX team won the team category of Travel Technology Innovator, and the PredictX Business Intelligence Analyst Team was highly commended in the Account Management Team of the Year category.

Our report on the People Awards 2026 team win has the category definitions and more photographs from that night.
The Business Travel Magazine, which runs the awards, called this year's ceremony the biggest in the awards' fifteen years: 360 guests, 21 categories and a band playing each winner up to the stage. The organiser's citation on the ceremony screen said the PredictX team's submission "stood out for its strong evidence, detailed examples of impact and testimonials".
That night, nine of us squeezed into the photo booth together, holding both plaques out in front for the camera, one for each team.
What did Cogent by PredictX win in London on 30 September?
Cogent by PredictX took gold in Business Travel Achievement in Artificial Intelligence Innovation at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2026, because the judges "were won over by PredictX's sophisticated use of agentic AI to help travel teams interrogate complex data, model scenarios and identify opportunities through natural-language interaction". The BTN Group, publisher of Business Travel News Europe, presented the award in London on Wednesday 30 September 2026.

Our Business Travel Awards Europe 2026 gold report carries the judges' full comment and how the panel scored the entries.
Co-founder Ayesha Shah held the trophy high on the JW Marriott Grosvenor House stage, under the category's name on the big screen. The BTN Group created the category this year and SilverDoor sponsored it; nine finalists contested it, and Business Travel News Europe reports that the independent judging panel was made up of 32 travel managers and consultants.
The Business Travel Awards Europe 2026 were the first to hand out gold, silver and bronze. A year earlier PredictX had won the same awards' Technology Innovation, Data and Reporting category, so this gold made it two years in a row.
What did Orchestra by PredictX win in New York on 15 October?
Orchestra by PredictX won the Business Travel Innovator Award, the judges' award, at the Business Travel Show America 2026 Innovation Faceoff on Thursday 15 October at the Javits Center in New York. Orchestra, which launched in June 2026 and is built on Cogent, was up against eleven other finalists.
Business Travel Show America's winners announcement describes the contest as "a tense, two-day, 12-way battle including live, timed pitching to a panel of expert judges and more than 500 corporate travel buyers". Keesup Choe, CEO of PredictX, made the pitch for Orchestra.
Business Travel News reported that he introduced Leo, named after Leo McGarry in The West Wing: the chief-of-staff agent that coordinates Orchestra's other agents and takes requests through Teams and Slack. BTN also reported that the judges singled out Orchestra's ability to work inside the booking, office and sourcing tools a travel programme already runs.
The Business Travel Innovator Award is PredictX's second Innovation Faceoff win, after Cogent took the 2025 Faceoff at Business Travel Show Europe in London.
PredictX's Angela McFarlane, Ryan Prewitt, Simon Woods and Simon Carmouche ran Booth 417 on both days of the show. Simon Woods wrote on LinkedIn afterwards:
This one felt especially huge: so many people in the room, eminent judges and such focussed, well-prepared competition. Thanks to [Business Travel Show America] and Louis Magliaro for such an incredible event. Already looking forward to next year!
The pitch, the judges and the stage are covered in full in our story of the Business Travel Show America Innovation Faceoff.
How does PredictX's CEO add up a month of business travel awards?
CEO Keesup Choe puts the month at more than 100%, by his own arithmetic, in a comment under PredictX's LinkedIn post about the four honours:
90% Great genius team. 10% good fortune. 200% amazing demanding clients. (Yes. My math adds up to more than 100!)
We would underline the 200%. Demanding clients are where the hardest travel and expense questions come from, and those questions are what Cogent and Orchestra were built to answer.
Our thanks
In New York, thank you to the Business Travel News team, Elizabeth West, David Meyer, Jen Bankard and Louis Magliaro, and to the Northstar Travel Group team.
Thank you to the judges:
- Head judge Elizabeth West of the BTN Group
- Kristen Reeves, CCTE, of Wellington Management
- Seth Adam Wood, GTP, of Lineage
- Anna Sun of Nowadays
Congratulations to Sarah Figueroa and Swivul on the People's Choice Award.
Thank you to the BTN Group and Business Travel News Europe for the new AI category, to SilverDoor for sponsoring it and to its judges. Thank you to The Business Travel Magazine, its sponsors and the independent panel who judged the Business Travel People Awards, and congratulations to the Clarity Account Management Team, this year's winner of Account Management Team of the Year.
Co-founder Ayesha Shah's post on the Faceoff began: "Can't thank Business Travel Show enough for recognising PredictX..." Another of her posts spoke to the teams themselves: "Thank you to all of our PredictX teams for your incredible drive and achievements". These four honours are theirs.
PredictX people in this story, on LinkedIn:
What is PredictX?
PredictX is the agentic AI data intelligence platform for travel and expense, headquartered in London. Every agent on the platform runs inside PredictX's agentic AI framework, with governed data access, human-in-the-loop checkpoints and self-validation on every output.
The agents are the newer layer. Beneath them sits a decade of work bringing travel and expense records together and checking them, so the figures an agent starts from have already been validated. Every answer it returns is cited and traced to its source.
Day to day, teams work with those agents in Cogent, our travel and expense workspace: they ask a question in plain language, and specialist agents plan the work, run it across live booking, card and expense records, and return a validated answer.
Orchestra, the AI agent team for travel and expense, runs whole projects your team directs, from a project library that keeps growing. A project manager agent works through the scope with you and drafts the plan, which waits for your approval before anything runs; specialist agents then work in parallel, and anything surprising comes back to you for review. The deliverable returns cited and editable, whether that is an airline negotiation pack or a scored hotel RFP, and it re-runs on your schedule.
Four of the six largest global travel and expense programmes run on PredictX.
Judges in London and New York have had their say, and the verdict we want next is yours. Bring a question your programme has been waiting on to a live session: see Cogent answer it and Orchestra plan the project for your approval, on data like yours.
