PredictX has won gold in Business Travel Achievement in Artificial Intelligence Innovation at the Business Travel Awards Europe 2026, from a field of nine finalists. BTN Europe's report on the 2026 winners records the result, and notes that the awards now give gold, silver and bronze in place of a single winner per category. The BTN Group presented the awards on the evening of Wednesday 30 September at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
We are proud to take the first gold in a new category judged on documented results. The results the judges assessed are the work of the PredictX team.

What does the new AI category recognise?
The category recognises artificial intelligence at work in business travel, judged on what it has already achieved. The BTN Group introduced it this year, and the organiser publishes its criteria in these words:
This award recognises a standout application of artificial intelligence that has significantly enhanced the business travel experience, improved operational efficiency, or delivered measurable value to corporate travel stakeholders in the past 12 months. It is open to any organisation operating in the business travel sector that has used AI in a way that demonstrates innovation, scalability, and real-world impact.
That wording is quoted in full from the BTN Group's 2026 award categories.

The organiser's entry guidance asks every entrant for "tangible, documented results, not only the aspirations that underpin an applicant's products and services". We think that is the right test for AI in travel and expense, where a figure is only useful once someone can check it against the records it came from.
How were the entries judged?
The entries were judged in two stages by an independent panel, which the same BTN Europe report puts at 32 travel managers and consultants.
Under the organiser's published judging process, judges first scored the entries individually against the category criteria, with comments to support each score. Every entry was marked on its own merits rather than against the others.
Finalists then had nine weeks to add a short case study or customer testimonials, which the judges scored in the same way. The organiser's rules decide the result on the combined average of both stages, or at a meeting of the panel when results are tied or close. The decision rests with the panel alone, without influence from the BTN Group or sponsors.
What did the judges say about PredictX?
The judges credited PredictX with agentic AI that travel teams question in natural language, and with moving those teams beyond traditional reporting. Their comment, published with the organiser's list of 2026 winners, reads in full:
The judges were won over by PredictX's sophisticated use of agentic AI to help travel teams interrogate complex data, model scenarios and identify opportunities through natural-language interaction. They highlighted its ability to move users beyond traditional reporting towards strategic decision-making, supported by enterprise-scale deployment and compelling examples of multimillion-euro savings opportunities and significant reductions in analysis time.
After the 2025 Data and Reporting award, this is the second year running that PredictX has taken a category at these awards. This year's comment goes further, to what a travel team decides once the report is in.
Our thanks
Our thanks go to the BTN Group for creating the category, to SilverDoor for sponsoring it, and to the judges for the time they gave the entries. Congratulations, too, to the eight other finalists, two of whom took silver and bronze.

"This award was judged by travel managers and consultants, who have to stand behind every number an AI gives them," said Keesup Choe, CEO of PredictX. "Our team spent ten years getting travel and expense data right before a single agent touched it."
What is PredictX?
PredictX is the agentic AI data intelligence platform for travel and expense, headquartered in London. Every agent on the platform runs inside PredictX's agentic AI framework, with governed data access, human-in-the-loop checkpoints and self-validation on every output.
The agents are the newer layer. Beneath them sits a decade of work bringing travel and expense records together and checking them, so the figures an agent starts from have already been validated. Every answer it returns is cited and traced to its source.

Day to day, teams work with those agents in Cogent, our travel and expense workspace: they ask a question in plain language, and specialist agents plan the work, run it across live booking, card and expense records, and return a validated answer.
Orchestra, the AI agent team for travel and expense, runs whole projects your team directs, from a project library that keeps growing. A project manager agent works through the scope with you and drafts the plan, which waits for your approval before anything runs; specialist agents then work in parallel, and anything surprising comes back to you for review. The deliverable returns cited and editable, whether that is an airline negotiation pack or a scored hotel RFP, and it re-runs on your schedule.
Four of the six largest global travel and expense programmes run on PredictX.
Bring the travel and expense question your team has waited longest to answer, and the project it has never had the people for. In a live session on data shaped like yours, Cogent answers the question and Orchestra plans the project for your approval.
